Some Pig! Named “the best American children’s book of the past 200 years” by the Children’s Literature Association, Charlotte’s Web is a tale of perseverance, miraculous feats and the never ending cycle of life. This classic story of Charlotte, the extraordinary spider who saves the irresistible young pig Wilbur, is woven throughout with elements of Native American culture, music and storytelling. Set in southern Wisconsin 1953, and true to the original novel with all the timeless characters and scenes included, the production weaves together history, social studies and literature. It’s “Some Play!” Play run time is 75 minutes.
