Enjoy “nature’s fireworks” with Jeff Hoagland on the Watershed Reserve and learn how to communicate with the fireflies! Discover the secret lives of the lightning bug, from glowworm to adult, and meet a variety of species, identifying them by their different flash patterns. There is a fee of $8 for Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association members and $12 for non-members. This event is designed for families with children who are 6 years old or older and adults. Registration is required.
