Stretch your body and your imagination! Join us for yoga fun for kids (and their grown-ups) led by Kim Mason. Kim will use breath exercises, basic postures and games to help kids connect with their bodies and the natural world. Explore different parts of the environment--do frog poses at the pond, tree poses in the redwoods, and rock pose in the desert. Touch, taste and smell plants as you discover the wonders of the natural world. Develop strength and flexibility while learning how to focus and relax to keep your mind and body feeling great! $10 per student; kids under 6 free with paid adult.
