Event Description

Gor ages 7 through adult; teens, families and grandparents attending with grandchildren and students with special needs are encouraged to attend. Students are introduced to the natural world by learning ancient tracking and primitive living skills that were loved by all people throughout the world. During ths week-long course, participants will learn about debri hut shelters, fire-starting using bow drills, finding and gathering safe drinking water, stalking and movement, nature awareness and much more. Cultivation of the imagination and wonder of a questioning mind are taught through hands-on and experiential learning techniques. Adults and parents are in separate learning groups while some evening activities and all meals are shared together.
