Our third annual observation of National Pollinator Week will feature live insects in jars or terrariums for close-up observation. Annie Kick, from the Berry Crops Entomology Lab at MSU, will talk about how pollination is essential for blueberries and other fruits and seeds. Then children can search the native plantings for eggs, larvae and adult insects.
Children and parents are welcome at this free event. Meet at the playground near the tennis courts.
