Throughout the month of March, Camp Minikani offers Maple Syrup programs for people of all ages. Your group will take a tour through time, comparing various methods of maple syrup making from the days of the fur traders to the WI pioneer era. Follow the process we use today from start to finish: tapping, collecting, boiling, and bottling. To finish up the maple sugaring experience, students get a taste of fresh maple syrup on ice cream!
