Event Description

The annual Recreation Connections Manitoba provincial conference will be held on February 29th to March 2nd, 2012 at the Victoria Inn and Conference Centre in Winnipeg.
This year's theme is Recreation Unplugged and features keynote presentations by Richard Louv, author of Last Child In The Woods and The Nature Principle; Brian Johnston, the National Recreation Summit convenor; and Dr. Ron McCarville, Associate Dean of Applied Health Sciences, University of Waterloo. A wide range of workshops and activities and a tradeshow are also being provided.
