Your child has the day off of school, now what? Bring them to the Aldo Leopold Nature Center (ALNC) for a day full of adventure and learning! The week of Monday, April 18-Thursday, April 21, 2011, ALNC will offer four Vacation Day sessions appropriate for ages 5-12 to keep your youngster engaged all day long. Program sessions include:

Celebrate Earth Week by exploring all the ecosystems at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center! We’ll spend the day marching through the marsh, frolicking in the forest, planting seeds in the prairie, splashing through the pond and learning all about the habitats both humans and animals call home. We’ll discovery why Aldo Leopold wrote: “When we see land as a community to which we belong, we may begin to use it with love and respect.”
Program is appropriate for children ages 5–12. Please bring a sack lunch.
ALNC Members: $35/child; Non-Members: $40/child
