Vasona's Nature Center OPEN to the Public!
Date: 12-4 pm March 13, 2011
Location: YSI Vasona, 333 Blossom Hill Road, Los Gatos 95032
Description: Come meet our wonderful group of animals, including toads, newts, snakes, turtles, chinchillas and more. You may even have the opportunity to touch a live animal!
The theme for this Sunday is woodland plants and animals. In addition to our regular exhibits, we will have various plants and animal specimens out for you and your family to touch, investigate, and learn about. Most of these specimens will be out for Saturday only.
The Vasona Nature Center is located next to the Parks Administrative Building, up the hill. Stay to the right as you drive through the park. We are next to the last parking lot.
This is indoors, and would be a great thing to do with your family on a sunny or rainy day!
