Come meet our wonderful group of animals, including a hawk, an owl, toads, newts, snakes, chinchillas and more. You may even have the opportunity to touch a live animal!
The theme for this Sunday is Life in the Sky. We will have a variety of bird specimens, bug specimens and other interesting flying animals out for you to see, touch and learn about with your family!
The Alum Rock Nature Center is located in the very back of the park. Drive slowly through scenic Alum Rock Park until you get to the last parking lot. Cross the bridge (it is the bridge before the back gate, not the bridge near the back gate).
This is indoors, and would be a great thing to do with your family on a sunny or rainy day!
