Greetings! I'm currently doing research for a book about burnout syndrome. It is my understanding (and my own experience) that nature has many healing properties. What I'm specifically looking for are simple ways in which you use nature to regain equilibrium in your life (whenever I need to clear my mind, for instance, I head for the woods).
If you wish to share, I would give you full attribution in the book.
For instance, it has been scientifically proven that taking a walk in the forest can boost your immune system. How often do you get outside for the sheer pleasure of being there? When do you find yourself going outdoors? In moments of stress, anxiety, etc?
Many thanks in advance for your insights!
Kind regards,
Christine Hohlbaum
