Tide Pools at Cabrillo National Monument

Tide Pools at Cabrillo National Monument

Family Adventures in Nature took advantage of a beautiful winter day in San Diego... and had to go back the next day because it was soooo crowded many of us didn't get to the tide pools the first day!

Hi Suz. Nice "meeting" you on the conference call yesterday. =)
It was a fabulous day... as was the day before when we didn't get to actually visit the tides because it was so crowded we got turned away. Several families from our group did get in though, so that was good! We had a blast, but the tides weren't actually that low. We are so lucky though to live in a place where we can make a trip to the tide pools one day and then a couple of weeks later, go to the desert to see the wildflowers in bloom (that trip is next Wednesday). Thanks for checking out the album!

Hi Janice! What a beautiful album. It looks like you had a gorgeous day, too, and nice low tides for exploring.
