I am an early childhood educator living and teaching young children on the edge of a forest in Brussels, Belgium. I am lucky to have the resources to share nature with children everyday both in the classroom and outside, and I want to connect with other people who are passionate about the importance of young children making connections with nature. I blog about education at Bakers and Astronauts.
I've just been asked to create an "International C&NN Connect" group so please do stop by and say hello there. It will provide a place for people to share news, views, ideas and activities from all over the world.
Oh yes...and the Scotland group welcomes members from all over the world too.
Hi Allie, Welcome to the C&NN discussion forum! I'm glad you found the Natural Teachers Network. I hope you find it and the entire forum a rich source of resources and sharing. I really enjoy your blog, too and look forward to further connection.
I would encourage you to sign up for the Natural Teachers Network site. If you go to the C&NN home page, you can easily find it in the upper right hand corner. Just click through to register. You will be part of 80+ educators who are sharing their experiences. Many of them are early learning educators. We would welcome you to share your thoughts and ideas for others to discuss on this site. There is much to learn there. Thanks for joining The Children & Nature Network. John
