Go Chip, Go! Let 'em dangle! (Easier to do than watch your kids do, I know.) I just found Chip (he was on page TWO of your friends...I only looked at the first page).
Yes, NCTC is fantastic and we are planning to go too. We hope to get more family nature clubbers there, as this part of the organization seems to be under-represented at the Gathering. Let's see, busy, mortgage-strapped parents with no baby sitters...wonder why they aren't going to the gathering?
See you there!
Hi Ashley,
Just saw Chip's article in the Appalachian Trail newsletter. FANTASTIC! You guys are such an elegant voice for the cause and it is so cool all the things you are doing. This was a great story. I never knew Chip was as (self-described) "nature wuss." That makes me admire him even more. It's easier for us free range kids to become free range parents, but it takes something special for someone who didn't grow up in nature to embrace it the way Chip has.
Best to you and Chip! (Chip doesn't seem to be on the ning site?). We missed you guys at the Gathering here in San Diego this year!

Thanks for friending me! I was looking for you on this site but couldn't find your page, so I'm glad you found me.
Love all that you and your family are doing to inspire others. Keep up the great work!
