I’m a consulting ecologist specializing in rare species inventory and management. And a long-term volunteer for the Natural History Society of Maryland, Inc., which is establishing the Maryland Naturalist Center. The Naturalist Center will promote ecological literacy by supporting a natural science collections center, by offering a social crossroads and a place for people interested in learning more about nature, and by incubating, developing, and delivering team-based, long-term, intergenerational nature programs, in cooperation with other community organizations.
