Hello David

Greetings from Scotland. Wild Play is a super book - I've been dipping in and out of it, since my copy arrived a fortnight ago.

I also really like your nature design principles - I advocate these as a "cheat sheet" for educators and playworkers in that planning activities which take account of these will result in an activity that goes down well. Please feel free to check out my recent blog post about this (and correct any mis-interpretations I may have made)!

I hope you find this site an asset and thanks again from across the ocean for all your books, thoughts and writings.

Best wishes

Hi David. It's really great to see you here. Warm congratulations on your book publication! Wild Play sounds terrific. I hope a lot of people learn about it and read it. (We featured it on childrenandnature.org, too, as you know.) I know you'll be a welcome addition to the forum and I hope you make yourself at home. Cheers!
