Emily Daigle is a Field Instructor with Northwest Outdoor Science School. She has a degree in Environmental Literacy from Johnson State College. Through various programs she has learned a great deal about inspiring curiosity, helping children develop their sensory skills to improve observation skills and encouraging play as a form of learning. Emily lives in Corvallis with her husband and dog. An avid gardener, she enjoys caring for plants, animals and honey bees on the farm and preserving fruits and veggies. She is passionate about giving all children a chance to experience nature and helping to foster a love of wilderness and community.
