Title or Role: Hog Island Program Coordinator

Organization: National Audubon Society

Bio: Each summer the National Audubon Society runs 6-day, 5-night birding and environmental education programs for adults, teens, families and environmental professionals on scenic Hog Island in Muscongus Bay, Maine. Instructors for 2012 include Steve Kress, Scott Weidensaul, Pete Dunne, Lynn Cherry, Lang Elliot, Don Kroodsma and many more internationally known ornithologists, artists, bird song experts and birding authors. The Hog Island programs are managed by the Seabird Restoration Program (Project Puffin) and camps have been run by National Audubon for over 75 years. Scholarships are available.
