I am hoping another C&NN Connect member Christy Schultz will join that group. Christy is also from South Florida. I don't know how big South Florida is, but I would encourage you to contact Christy. She home schools her children and is a Master Naturalist using nature as a classroom every day. Her web site is http://thenatureteacher.com and I suspect you two would hit it off.
