I've been a teacher for 28 years. I enjoy teaching gifted students on the Navajo Nation. I integrate environmental science, Navajo culture, history, and leadership to help prepare my students to design their future. Nature journaling helps develop their scientific observation skills, creativity, drawing ability, and writing in a meaningful context.
