I hold a double bachelors degree in history and geography, specializing in urbanism and planning, then I spent a year at the University of California, Los Angeles, doing research on the biogeography and green space in Los Angeles. I am in the last semester of the Erasmus Mundus Sustainable Territorial Development masters organised by universities in Padova, Leuven, Paris and Campo Grande. I am currently doing my end of studies internship with Catalytic Communities, reporting on and mapping public spaces in Rio de Janeiro's favelas, and have recently completed a course in Green Infrastructure and Urban Ecology: Landscape Projects for Sustainable and Resilient Cities. I will probably be returning to Europe in December, looking forward to pursuing my career in sustainable and inclusive place-making.
Interests: inclusive urbanism, participatory methods, public spaces, tactical urbanism, biogeography and green infrastructure.
