- Michael E. Roman is a passionate leader, educator, communicator and organizational strategist working in the Greater Cincinnati community. He currently is the Program Manager at the Gorman Heritage Farm Foundation. He has increased his leadership in the organization over the past ten years to run the core educational programs that serve thousands of students from the Greater Cincinnati area each year.
