let's start this discussion ;) I've just joined the network and am opening a forest school in Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia. It would be lovely to have a discussion forum on art in nature ideas. I believe in the potential of making art out of all that is in nature rather than bringing man made items to the environment. I.e. using sticks for painting on the mud, or mud for gluing leaves on paper etc...what do you think?See More

We are opening a forest school in Port Macquarie, NSW and we're very interested and keen on having some training. It seems like Claire will only be back to Australia in September but is anyone else aware of other types of training we could do? Thank you! It's only three of us and we're a not for profit organisation (thenatureschool.org.au) so we're on the look out for some support and sponsors too. Let us know if you know of anyone in Australia who might be able to help. Thank you :)See More
Two friends and I have created this not for profit organisation to provide the community with programs to enhance children's early years education and reconnect them with nature and the environment. Currently there are only mainstream preschool programs in our area and we are the first "Alternative" type of education, keen to learn from people who have been running forest schools already.
