Bio
After learning that our children are born pre-polluted with synthetic chemicals, I turned my passion from dance education and choreography to organics and non-toxic living. While teaching at an independent school, I used to take my dance classes outside not only for campus visability, but also to let the students know that even dance can happen in the great outdoors.

Now I strive to connect people with their evironment through helping them make choices about their personal care, home care and nutritional products that are sustainable and non-toxic. I do this as an Independent Consultant for Miessence and through my business Better Choices.

Hi Valerie! Welcome to C&NN. Glad you found us. You're doing really interesting things. What we put in and on our bodies is certainly connected to the environment and our relationship to it. I hope you'll make yourself at home here, join discussions and groups, post pictures and blogs and otherwise share and enjoy resources.
