On July 1, 2016, 25 5- and 6-year-olds from the Waltham, MA, Boys and Girls Club visited the meadow on the lawn of Christ Church Episcopal for a morning of activities. The children had a great time playing in the playhouse, listening while a counselor read a book on butterflies to them, drawing pictures of the flowers, and planting and watering plants. We gave each participant a wild flower to take home. We hope that the boys and girls will visit again soon.…
