Now that Spring is finally here, we try to walk or cycle home from school at least once a week. It takes about an hour – it’s up hill all the way!

But boy is it worth it…

I love the simple things in life-like sharing these precious moments with my children in nature- Magical!

Sam spots more signs of Spring….

Leaf Balsam Root lights up the Okanagan hillside every Spring. This flower is native to the Southern Interior of British Columbia.

It’s a joy to take your time and appreciate all the beauty.
As part of the "Let's Go Outside" campaign why not leave the car at home and walk or bike to school during April. It’s good for you, your kids and the planet!
