What a happy school garden and a great experience. I'm so glad you posted about it. I'm thrilled at all the wonderful school garden programs out there and the support for them. Just today on AK Public Radio, Richard Louv talked about nature not necessarily being synonymous with wilderness -- that there is much to be gained from nearby nature and community gardens. In fact, these may be the entry points to nature for a lot of people. Thanks for the reminder and the inspiring pics.
