A child discovers tree sap today. "What IS that?" he asks. "What do you think it is?" I ask. "It's sticky and gooey!" he observes. "What do you think would be sticky and gooey like that and be on a tree?" I reply. He pulls his hand away, looks up in astonishment as this idea occurs to him, "Is it a tree booger?" Then he looks at the silken sap thread streaming off of his hand. "I'm Spiderman!" I choke and sputter with laughter!
Hi Amy! Congratulations on your presentation! That's great that it went so well. I'm sure it was an exciting conference. When you get a chance, I'm sure others here would like to hear more.
