Event Description

Join The Dallas Zoo Frog club and explore the incredible world of frogs, toad, and salamanders!

Amphibians are in trouble around the world, but now you can help them right here at home! Frog Club is a Citizen Science based club for kids ages 8-13 and their parents. Frog Clubbers will receive special Texas Parks and Wildlife Amphibian Watch training from our resident Amphibian Expert, Jessie Crowley. After receiving this training, Frog Club participants will work alongside Dallas Zoo staff to record the native frog and toad species that live on the grounds of the Dallas Zoo.

Each Frog Club meeting includes indoor listening activities, meeting a live amphibian species up-close, and a super cool outdoor, Citizen Science experience.  Please note that pre-registration is required.
