Event Description

Pacific Northwest Tax Service, in cooperation with Gifford Pinchot National Forest, is pleased to invite you to a screening of Project Wild Thing inside the Jonhston Ridge Observatory at Mount St. Helens.  Project Wild Thing is a British documentary about one man's mission to market nature to children and get them playing outdoors.

The youngest generation of children, born since the year 2000, is the first in history expected to have a lower life expectancy than their parents. Modern children are play deprived and increasingly suffering from emotional and health-related disorders.  Our goal is to bring awareness to this important subject and get children outdoors and playing more often, the way we parents used to do when we were growing up.
