Yup - to add a blog post, just go to the Blog tab at the top of the screen, and then hit "my blog", which will prompt you to enter the post. I will look for that discussion on myopia and outdoor play.

Hi Karla! Great article on nature's benefits regarding eyesight. We were discussing this on the network a couple of months ago. You provide a lot of good resources and information.

You might consider re-posting the article here as a blog post. You can either copy/paste the article in (sometimes pictures have to be re-uploaded.) Or you can enter a blog post with a link to your article. It's another good way to reach people on the forum, and it might provoke discussion again. (Let me know if you need more help to do it.) Thanks again for telling us about your piece.

Hi Karla! Welcome to C&NN. Great to have you here. It's so wonderful that you jumped in by joining groups and posting pictures. I'm sure you'll be a vital member of the community and I look forward to more contributions. I hope you get a lot out of the site as well. I'm a fellow Examiner, by the way. (San Francisco Slow Family Living). There are a couple of us here. Cheers!
