A father of a wilderness survival school Earthwork Programs and his 10 year old daughter Maya created this video that accompanies an article in the valley kids newspaper.

Here We are getting ready for our fall foliage canoe trip.

About our school Earthwork offers many wilderness living skills programs for Adults,families and children has over 10 years of experience teaching survival skills up and down the east coast and has also been a specialty instructor out west for other schools, organizations and conferences. Earthwork is a tremendous local resource having a Survival School in Western Mass.

Wow -- Maya is a Natural Leader! Awesome dry bag demo. "You never know when you're going to flip over." says Maya. Truism. Love this and will share it with my Daughter Mia (8).

I am such a proud papa hope everyone enjoys this .Maya has been quite a little hero figure for some of the families around here
